I purchased these to mount inside the hood of my … I would have given this product 5 stars but i didnt purchase it for the application it was designed for, but, let me give you a quick run through. The led and thier metal pucks are very sturdy and durable. The clear acrylic dome can be unscrewed and removed if you want to place these strobes on and interior location. I was surprised. For the low asking price, the casing for the lights are machined out of solid aluminium and the lenses are screwed so they are easy to remove yet they hold securely in place. The LEDs and the series resistors are installed on a small printed circuit board and there is a dab of heat sink compound under it to keep the assembly cool. There is one LED and one resistor in each light. Most of the heat comes from the resistor.The LEDs are very very bright and each draws about…
