Outstanding customer service!! Each of the two boxes of light bulbs (6 bulbs each, 2-boxes for 12 total bulbs) arrived with a welcome card inside from the Bort company letting the customer know that if they are dissatisfied for any reason to email then directly before attempting to return to Amazon. Nice vintage look with daylight color We wanted the vintage look for a bathroom fixture, but didn’t want the super soft yellow light in many of the vintage Edison type bulbs. These are perfect, a very pure white, no blueish cast, and the unique spiral filament makes them stand out. I bought these lights because of the design. They would work best if they are overhead and pointing downward. The “filament” of LEDs is oriented in such a way as to direct the light toward the end of the bulb. If you have them mounted in something like a wall sconce, much of the light is going to be directed at the ceiling rather than outward to the room.
