Didn’t work out of the box but was able to get it going UPDATE: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars The seller did contact after the review was posted and was explained the delay in response was due to the festivities of Chinese New Year in the month of January. In all fairness seller did keep up with follow up emails. On a different note I was also able to get bulb to work but after a rather unconventional effort–….so I was about dismantle the bulb in an attempt localize the issue then as a last resort decided to leave the bulb…
Excellent bulbs, Hundreds of different lights, hues, and brightness. Great color changing and scenes for all occasions. Update: First bulb was defective. Customer service was on top of it and reached out and replaced the bulb. New bulb works great.I have 15 bulbs in my house covering my Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bedroom, and hallway lights. They are all linked and connected together using both the vendors app, as well as my Alexa(s). Great colors with the change in Hue, brightness.
