Definately Bright Enough! Dec 27th – Hi, I’m updating my review now that we’ve had the ropes in place, two large storms with tons of rain. These rope lights performed great. I’m including some new pics to show how our old strand lights (before) were replaced with the rope (after). The only thing I did was use a little silicone at the end of each tub to ensure water proofing. I bought (4) 100′ rolls for the river and (2) 150′ rolls for the lake.
