The XEPA solar powered lamp posts and lanterns will provide years of clean, cost-free lighting powered by the sun. Every XEPA light features a clear contoured glass lens with sturdy die cast aluminum framing. Simply assemble and place the lamp in a shade-free area that will receive maximum sunlight and enjoy. The XEPA lamp utilizes LED (Light Emitting Diodes) light bulbs that never need to be replaced. for normal operation, press the I/Off/II switch. During daylight hours, the solar panel with harvest energy from the sun and store the energy in rechargeable lithium batteries. A photo cell will automatically turn the post lamp on at nightfall if it is set at I or II. Use switch position I for low output brightness. After 30 seconds of illumination at full power, the lamp will enter a conservation mode, keeping dimly lit if no motion is detected. The lamp will automatically return to full brightness for 30 seconds if any motion is detected within 10-Feet or a 160-Degree motion from the motion detector. In setting “I”, the lamp will provide up to 18 hours of continuous illumination. When the switch is set to “II”, the lamp turns on at maximum brightness and stays illuminated up to 4 hours, until the battery drains. Please make sure to securely mount your XEPA light to a solid surface using the included mounting hardware. Wrong size screws, contact attempts not working The lamp itself seems good. It is larger than I expected, and the pier base is much wider than anticipated. However, my biggest problem is that the screws that came with it are way too small. The heads of the screws are smaller than the holes in the base, by quite a bit. Strange customer service Called customer service since the lanterns where not keeping their charge, even though they were on direct sun light during the day, but at dust only lasted for about 45 minutes in low settings, hoping that they will offer me new batteries packs to keep me as a customer, their first option was for me to test the charge with a voltmeter, when I mentioned that I don’t have one, their second option was for me to take the lamps to Home Depot and get them tested, and their third option was to take…
