The light bar part is weather proof, it can be used under any conditions. But the kit will be short once wire and control box get wet. We are not responsible for exchanging and returning for this kind of issue.

This item includes seven modes modes of flashing/strobe.Each panel consist of 4 LED. This Strobe light unit consist of 4 panels for a total of 16 LED
Mode 1: Flashes between block panel 1 and block panel 2
Mode 2: Flashes from both block panels at same time
Mode 3: Scan from right block panel to left block panel
Mode 4: Scan from left block panel to right block panel
mode 5: Flashes between block panel 1 to block panel 2 a few times follow by flashing all block panels.
Mode 6: All block panel are constant flashing
Mode 7: All LED are constan on. No flash

Good quality but DoA. Will try again. Was DoA so I cannot speak for the brightness of the lights. However, the housing and the lights themselves were very sturdy and appeared to be of good quality. Even though the lights didn’t work, I tested how I would position it in my car. The only issue I had other than the functionality was how the wire was fed through the mounting bracket.
