Works, but clicks/buzzes when in use… I really like this power strip & the fact that it built-in USB ports. It’s small enough to fit in tight fitting places & the power cord is long enough to reach behind most beds & couches.The only thing I don’t like is that the strip tends to clicking/buzzing when something is plugged into it for a long period of time. I noticed the sound one evening, when I left my iPad, iPhone, and/or iWatch to charge. As so as I unplugged my iPad it became silent. I’m not sure exactly what’s causing it…
Very convenient; but the noise! This has been a great little power strip. Thanks to the array of ports, no one complains when I need to charge up my devices in a crowded airport or cafeteria. In those environments the thing is fantastic.Problem is, the USB ports make an irritating high-pitched noise when in use. This isn’t noticeable in louder/noisier environments, but in a quiet room with it sitting on the desk it can be quite irritating.
