very small very bright works with both AC and DC transformers great for landscape or kitchen cabinet lights I have Halo’s Linea line of undercabinet lights. I have been using LED bulbs in them for years as it’s just safer than the original Halogens which got ridiculously hot and never seemed to last very long.What I have been using is g4 discs with 15x SMD 5730 LED’s. very similar to these …
I used these to replace the 20w halogen bulbs above the oven. I would say they are close but not quite as bright as the halogens. The color temperature is slightly cooler but still warm white… halogen is 3000k, and I would guess these are around 3500-4000k. The LED emitters and circuit boards are all inside a clear rubber capsule, so they are durable and the only way to break them would be to break off a metal pin.
