Good bright lights. No mode memory. Missing basic functions. Before I explain why I didn’t give this 5 stars I want to say this is a slamming deal for the right application. The quality is more than acceptable for the price. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the LED control circuit has no memory. This means you cannot install/connect it to a switched power source because every time you flip the switch off/on or have a power outage, these lights will forget what their last setting was and immediately default to a fast fade. No actual WHITE LEDS? Here is how the lights work – Every time you turn them on they go into a random color mode, turning on and off. Then you have to use the remote to set the color you want, or the pattern you want, such as FADE, or RANDOM, etc. And there is no actual WHITE color. It illuminates 3 other LED colors to try to achieve a white, which really doesn’t look like white to me.
