Let’s you know where your dock is in the dark. These look great at night, and they mounted easily and securely on our dock posts. The choice of colors is a nice feature. I installed a pair of these lights at the end of my boat dock and it provides enough light to clearly see my dock in complete darkness both from the water as well as from the house. The solar charge appears to work for several hours (well past midnight) so have no complaints and it lights up enough of the dock to be able to walk comfortably.
