These bulbs are surprisingly bright, and cool to the touch. We put these in our hanging drop pendant lights over the kitchen sink, and in the globes of one of our ceiling fans. This has the smaller “candelabra” base which are sometimes hard to find. I’d like to try them in my touch lamps but they are not intended for dimming lights so I’m not sure how they will do in those. Buy at your own risk, as these are absolute garbage.I have a small chandelier in my dining room with five lamps. I bought a box of six bulbs, which arrived quickly and on time. Three worked fine, but the other half were dead out of the box. I tried the three bulbs that wouldn’t light in the sockets that had worked with the three good bulbs. They still wouldn’t light up. Then I screwed the three working bulbs into the sockets that hadn’t worked with the bad bulbs, and all three lit up…
