The Quest AC disk can be used in new construction and remodel applications. Quest new disk uses AC technology, features a slim aluminum body, with a transluscent diffuser for reduced glare. Quest disk can be surface mounted or recessed and is a great solution that offers energy efficienct and streamline design. Works with various J-Box sizes from 3O to 4O / 3″ to 4″. Real dimmable LED lights I’ve tried a lot of LEDs that were supposed to be dimmable with not such good luck. None would dim to more than about 30%. Very disappointing! I was thrilled with these from Quest Manufacturing. I needed to attach them to a 4″ J-box due to limited space above the ceiling in my basement. (a standard can light would not work). They were perfect! The best thing is they actually dim like an incandescent bulb! I used a Lutron Maestro dimmer and they go from full bright down to a glow…
