Order The Warm White For Halogen Light Color I replaced all 10 of the halogen landscape light bulbs in my lighting system with these LED ones. Some of the halogens were 10 watts, but most were 20 watts. These LED bulbs were brighter than the 10 watt halogens, but not quite as bright as the 20 watt. I was expecting this since 20 watt halogens have a lumen rating of over 300, while these LED ones are at 220. But there is still plenty of light to light my landscaping. Fixture type matters! These bulbs do not emit much light, closer to a standard 10w bulb. I tried to use them in standard Malibu reflector type landscape light housings. The bulb is so large that it creates its own shadow from the parabolic reflector, and really limits the light output, the bulb almost touches the lens and blocks the light from exiting the fixture. There is no LED segment on the tip so there is no “direct” light coming from it. They are blinding when you look directly at them…
