but these lights are simply to big to fit inside the housing without having to do modifications the bulb or worse the housing
I installed these on my 6″ KC HiLites Daylighter. I had a 130watt bulb in them previous.These LED bulbs seem to be well made and are quality items. They are however, no where near as bright as the 130 watt halogen bulb in these KC HiLites. These might work well for fog lights but they are not suited for any type of off road style flood or spot lights.This could be due to the pattern used by my KC HiLites and not as much with the LED’s. Bottom line, don’t get these for KC HiLites…
