Like an HID kit but easier. Installed these in a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Was pretty straight forward plug and play like installing a new bulb. Had to unbolt the washer bottle on one side and the other side had to move the battery out of the way a tad to fit my hands. This truck model leaves you very little room to change a bulb if your hands are larger then a small child’s.
