Easy to install, great light, great value. I bought these to replace standard down lights in my wife’s art studio. She wanted control of the direction of the light. My existing cans (housing) are 6 inches wide. They went in quickly and easily, barely 5 minutes to change 6. There is a screw in adapter to accommodate standard bulb fixtures. The light face where a recessed ring is, there are plastic tabs over the LED translucent plastic that look ridiculous. If you have these up really high, like 20 foot ceilings, sure they probably will work fine, but if you’re like most, these are noticeably cheap. Overall Good but a Few Things to Note Generally I’d say the product is quite good. They dim down without flickering, the light is of a uniform intensity over the lens and the light output does seem to meet the stated wattage/lumins.I purchased these for a gabled ceiling where the gimbal function is needed to aim the light essentially perpendicular to the floor.
