Heavy solid built LED bulb with dimming circuitry and 100 Watt brightness equivalent. Price is decent for the function. Interesting, I thought they shipped something different due to the weight, the box seemed like it had at least twice as many bulbs in it if not more, but it only had the four. I took one out of it’s box and noticed the heft, it was really very heavy. The bottom base especially so, the only thing I could fathom was that the combination of the circuitry and the diffusion plastic was very heavy together. Is that an indication of a better circuit, and to that I answer maybe, let us try it some…
True 5000K output and dimmable These produce a clean 5000k light and they are dimmable. I was glad I bought the 100 Watt bulbs as their light output dropped 20% when I put the into a fixture that is controlled by an electronic dimmer for LED lights. Color temperature stays true when dimmed which is to be expected but still nice to now that it actually does not change.Something that many will not be aware of is that a 5000K LED lamp will provide 50% more light than the same Wattage 2700K LED lamp.
