Cheaper, brighter, better choice for G8 sized bulb replacement. Dimming works perfectly ! Cheaper and brighter than the similar looking Landlite versions!I was fooled.The Landlites are available in 2 – 2.4 watts, I think.This thing is 3.5 watts and dimable !If you look closely, the Bonlux versions have 18 LEDs and Landlite has 15.Anyway, they are great, easily replacing the nasty, very hot halogen 20watt bulbs you can’ find in G8 and 120v sizes any longer.Besides, they had to have clunky UV filters over them.These LED…
Great choice; good value. Very happy with these bulbs. We built a new house a couple of years ago and our electrician told us his firm simply did not do LED under counter lights. We ended up with halogen lights, 12 bulbs all together. Good lighting, but much more power consumption than LEDs and a lot of heat. Three bulbs burned out during the two years.Replaced four of the halogen bulbs with these Bonlux LEDs to see if we would like them. They are of course cooler — butter no longer melts when put in the…
I didn’t have great expectations, but they are brighter and warmer than the halogens they replaced. Very happy customer. These are fantastic! Worked like a champ right out of the box. One seemed to have an audible buzzing to it, but I adjusted it a little by pushing it up into the housing and the buzzing went away. They are half the cost of halogen replacements and if they last the same amount of time, that’s great, but they are rated for a much longer life. I don’t see how I could possibly lose over the long haul. It did take a full two weeks from order to delivery from China to Alaska, so I’m already…
