Not as good as Hue, but not bad. These bulbs are a great price on Amazon at $10. Home Depot has them for $15. Compared to the Hue bulbs, these are bigger; very visibly bigger. The size can be an issue, some of the places I have put smart bulbs I had to use the Philips Hue because they were the only ones to fit. I have added a photo showing the size differences. These GE (Quirky Inc.) bulbs are a better fit to more standard size fixtures.I have noticed they don’t dim to the same degree as the hue and seem to flicker…
This smart bulb really shines! After problems trying to get our contractor to install a Lutron Wink-compatible switch for our outside lights, I decided to just go with bulbs despite the fact that I’d have to leave the switches in question on.Setting these up was a breeze, at this point I now have 4 of them and all of them paired flawlessly.
