REALLY bright! The Great Eagle 23 watt LED bulbs are bright–REALLY bright. They are easily as bright as old-fashioned 150-200 watt tungsten bulbs, but only use a whisper of power and don’t get nearly as hot. Great bulb but it has a short delay to turn on I have two ceiling lights in a two car garage – simple fixtures, no globes or covers. Years ago I had installed some 175W equivalent fluorescent curly bulbs. They were brighter than the 100W incandescents that they replaced and saved me money, so I can’t complain.
