A must have for any battery dependant application These are fantastic led boat lights. They are a 1004 bulb and will only fit fixtures designed for that bulb. The description includes this unit as a replacement for a 1004 incandescent bulb, but I see the title does not include 1004. At first I was worried because these LEDs are longer than the 1004 I am replacing. However, there was plenty of room in the fixtures on my boat for these LED bulbs. They give out plenty of light (a bit more than the 1004s), and the color is a bit whiter than the 1004 (I consider this an advantage….indeed, I think the light color is perfect).
