I had an issue with this particular set but it wasn’t the fault of the bulbs. I had previously ordered another set of theirs that worked fine: but they were double ended power. Hyperikon support contacted me almost immediately and I was able to do my best to explain the situation and they said they have the same product but in double ended power (this is for single ended power only).
