Works well, for what it is. We use this light as a mailbox post marker. It has a single LED that is mounted on the top and pointed downward and reflects pretty well through a cleverly designed set of angled surfaces . At about 5′ off the ground, it lights up the ground about 5 or 6′ away about the same as a full moon. A full day’s charge lasts for about 14 hours; so one full night and a few hours into the next evening.
