Under cabinet lighting I purchased 2 sets of the lights but only used 1 power supply I installed the light strips in a particularly dark kitchen area. I found the connecting jumper wires too short for my needs so I cut them iin half and spliced in additional wire. This worked well. The power cord was long enough to be plugged in to the over the range microwave receptacle so the large transformer plug would be out of sight. I mounted the switch to the underside of the cabinets.
