I never knew how dark my rooms were before these lights Let me start by stating that I did not use these lights in a workshop. We have a room in our old house which at one point was a front porch that was enclosed to create a room. This meant that the room was never really designed for indoor use. There was no ceiling lights, or even electricity in the ceiling. There are only 2 outlets in the room. We had always relied on lamps and natural light from the windows.
