The brightness and the natural daylight has made a big difference and studies have been found saying natural daylight increases I work in an office with overhead fluorescent lighting for years and left work at the end of the day with some tension in my head. It was a result of the flickering that the fluorescent lights create. Even my optometrist survey asks if I work under fluorescent lighting.
