Absolutely Cost-Effective These are possibly the most handy flashlights we’ve ever used. At our shop, we have a mini-light in every room and at every station. They are very multi-purpose, and work quite well. They’re not ‘cheap’. Good little ‘get what you pay for’ spare flashlight One out of 8 did not work, 12.5%, but I removed some paint in the cap area threads and it works fine now. They will be stocking stuffers for 8 people and are good for purses or pockets, glove compartments, RV’s. They will come from ‘Safety Santa’ who always provides a gift of safety in our house. Thought there was a problem but there wasn’t I was a little concerned about the quality of these items from the reviews. When I tested them, 7 worked and 1 didn’t. BUT when I opened the supposedly faulty flashlight to chek the batteries, a small clear piece of plastic fell out. I assumed it was there to preserve the batteries by preventing them from contacting the end piece, just as is done in other electronics. When I removed the clear piece the flashlight worked fine. This certainly should have been stated by the manufacturer. So…
