The mimoodz bulb can be turned on and off with the regular light switch on the wall – just as with the good old incandescent light bulb. However you can‘t use the light switch to dim the bulbs down or change the color.

This needs to be managed with the mimoodz app on your smartphone, which uses Bluetooth 4.0 as a safe wireless technology standard. Up to eight bulbs can be controlled simultaneously. To control more than nine bulbs is possible as well but not at the same time.
