Buy this authentic piece instead of a knockoff. After reading a number of reviews against the imitation devices, I decided to spend the few extra dollars to order this official piece. My previous sensor was a victim of new kitties chewing on the cable and I needed a replacement fast. I did check after it arrived and there are 5 IR LED’s on both sides for a total of 10.
