Inasmuch as our benighted Congress has decided to eliminate every … Inasmuch as our benighted Congress has decided to eliminate every inexpensive form of lightbulb, I have found that these bulbs are an adequate replacement at a mere 5 times the cost of incandescents whereas most LED bulbs I’ve encountered have been closer to 10 times the cost. Since I am 67, my calculations indicate that my chances of actually saving enough electricity to pay for it at a cost of these LED bulbs will only require me to live to 103, whereas I would need to make it to at least 130…
