Great aquarium plant growth Testing the 30W daylight as an aquarium light on a 40 gallon, planted Walstad tank.So far the plants seem to love it, and the growth has been much more lush with larger leaves, thicker too. GREAT for WINTERING HOUSE PLANTS! I love this light. More importantly, my plants love it. I live in an apartment with no Southern exposure. In the summer the plants are out on the patio living it up, but in the winter I have to put them inside. I put them in the biggest window we have, but it is East facing and there is an overhang.
