A whole new car (high and low beams) I am writing this review about BOTH new high beams (9005 HB3) and low beams (9006 HB4) for a 2010 Honda Civic. Before this upgrade, from time to time I would turn my lights on and off again while driving at night just to make sure they were on because they were that bad!
