Welcome to the World of LED I got a two pack of these to replace a fluorescent shop light in my basement and one in the garage. The one in the garage was really the problem. Since it’s not heated, it either didn’t work at all or was very dim in cold weather. That’s simply the nature of fluorescent bulbs. And, after a few years, they either dim, flicker, or just burn out.
