I ordered this 4-pk 11/27/18, installed two of them 12/1/17 and only 3 weeks later, one of them failed. It started to flicker and then went out. The socket connection was solid. Simply handling the bulb made it light up again so I gently put it back in the can. Weeks later, it still lights up. Today, 2/9/18, the other one flickered out. These bulbs look good and dim very smoothly in my floorstanding lampholder from Restoration Hardware, with no audible noise of any kind. There is no lettering or logos on the bulbs whatsoever, which is good in my case because the exposed bulbs are visible. My only concern is that the product claims to be UL-listed and has the UL logo on the packaging, but there is no UL listing number anywhere.
