Sylvania makes a great product, but a word of caution for those looking to convert H9 to H11 usage.-The picture for these is different that the product (no cap on the bulb).-The “European” designation means nothing. This is a standard halogen bulb, just like the Philips counterpart.-The description is incorrect. These are not dual filament bulbs.
