Cost less than halogen, uses less electricity, lasts longer. Ok, I have this chandelier over the dining table. It takes 6 of these G9 bulbs. They burn out all the freaking time and G9 bulbs are expensive! $7 each at Lowes for the halogens that were in it. LED bulbs last forever. I switched them all out with these bulbs. They aren’t as bright but still plenty bright for the dining room. The light still is a warm color, not the harsh cool white of most LEDs.
