Has a surface mount design, two wire design includes separate lead and ground wires. PC lens and housing ultrasonically welded in a single unit, LED circuit board completely sealed by epoxy to ensure a permanent and waterproof seal. Meet DOT FMVSS 108/SAE requirements. Rated for 12V, tested to 13.8V YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN SCREWS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED
