Great for Birds
Not bad, but not great either. I recently bought w grow lamps to try to get some of my plants looking healthier. This one is definitely second best. The plants I put under the other lamp (one of those 45 watt square ones with red and blue led bulbs) showed a major turn around in just a couple days. The plants under this lamp took about a week and a half to turn around.
