I have tested these for a while now Worked perfectly for a commercial stairway application. The unit is lightweight and easy to handle. The base is simple to attached to the ceiling. There are three wires, 120v, 277v, and white common making wiring simple and battery is small and compact. The unit can handle both 120V and 277v wiring applications so make sure you determine which you have before wiring. Many commercial lighting applications are 277v so just verify with a meter.
