when it came to installing the light, the contractor said we needed a concrete foundation poured. he said he could do it, but had to come back a week later. we wanted to be there, but couldn’t for the 2nd attempt – the contractor called to say it was finished, but a week after that the light fixture was hanging down the side of the pole by the electric wires. the 2 screws that hold the fixture in came out and fell in the grass. i found one and it was too small for either hole – he must have…
