Check all bulbs for DOA before using. The BIGGEST issue with these bulbs, is after installing most of them, found out that one of the bulbs was DOA (Dead on arrival), it just plain didn’t work. I was kind of annoyed to have lost the money from one bulb, but the few dollars wasn’t worth the effort to unscrew all the bulbs and ship back. Just be aware, you may want to test all bulbs before installing them in different rooms.Otherwise, so far the lights have been great. I have bought a few different brands of LED BR30…
Don’t confuse the SOFT WHITE and the DAYLIGHT in the BR30 type. I HIGHLY recommend the FEIT brand LED bulbs and LED fixtures. As far as the BR30, there are 2 different types you need to keep in mind. There is a big difference and you will not be satisfied if you get the wrong type. Look at the package it will say DAYLIGHT or SOFT WHITE on the front. The daylight is just that, a very bright white. Personally I don’t find it suitable for interior lighting since the intensity of the white light isn’t pleasing to the eyes. Choose the SOFT WHITE for interior…
