turn light on to verify connections are good, put plastic cover back on I have purchased and installed 4 of these. They are reasonably priced, directions for installation are printed on the ballast, you will need 3 screw caps to reconnect two blue and one red wires on the new ballast to the socket wires for the florescent bulbs. It takes about 15 minutes start to finish to set up ladder, turn off the light, remove clear plastic cover, remove bulbs, (if done carefully you can replace by only removing one bulb), take off metal cover by pushing the long sides…
