Extremely good product for the price, IF you cut off and throw away the cigarette lighter adapter end Honestly for the price you can’t really go wrong. To all those who struggled to get the unit to even turn on, the issue is the cigarette lighter end. Instead of a simply on or off switch, there is some strange circuit board in there with a processor chip that tries to determine when to turn on and off. The problem of course is, that instead of just coming on when there is 12 volts and shutting off when there isn’t, half the time it can’t figure out what it’s doing and as a result the unit…
I love these inside lights for my truck i bought these … The lights perform exactly as expected, I own a similar set of lights that operate the same so I was familiar with them quickly. However a couple things that are important to note the lights are not a unit, they are a strip of pcb on what I understand to be like a PCB and are in a tube, they will pull out of the casing so just be cautious, and lastly the adhesive, as expected, on these is very subpar. I would plan on getting some sort of double sided tape or other fixture to secure these lights…
