The installation went smooth due to an easy to read instruction manual. I had one concern after installation – one of the filter baffles was not staying flush to the underside of the hood. I contacted the manufacturer and within days had a replacement part that fixed the issue. The customer service was exceptional. The hood has one level for the light, however, I would have preferred a second lighting level. The ventilation seems to…
