Unreliable and Frustrating Results after trying 2 dimmer units I’m not impressed with these dimmers in the slightest. I mistakenly ordered 2 while ordering the LED strip lights & adaptor. After I setup the lights and adaptor I connecting the dimmer I find it extremely unreliable and frustrating.The remote won’t turn the lights on unless it’s in extremely close proximity to the cord and even then I often have to press it 5-10 times and/or remove the remote battery and re-install it before the strip will turn on.After finally getting…
Works as described, except sometimes turns on in flashing mode after power turned off at wall switch Works great when controlling using its remote control. Would have preferred an RF remote to an IR remote so it could be used inside of a closed cabinet. And it does retain it’s last dimmed setting when power is turned off and back on (as it would be if the AC power was controlled with a wall switch).Unfortunately, every once is an while (maybe every 5-25 times) when the power is turned off at the wall switch the dimmer comes back on in “flashing” mode instead of continuous…
