Best 12v car adaptor ever!!!!!!!! Ok..first thing..read the instruction manual when you get this..it’s a 2 amp fuse cig plug only good for your ipods or mp3 players..now if your gonna use it to power up a compressor, install led lights or power up dvd players, etc..go to home depot buy a 15 amp fuse (automotive/ marine fuse only) and change the 2 amp fuse….coz if yu dont the fuse will blow right away..and your gonna start thinkng the product is useless like some people here..lol..to change just unscrew the tip or header of…
NOT HEAVY DUTY, POORLY DESIGNED PIECE OF JUNK! FUSE IS NOT STANDARD. This product was terrible for trying to fix my tire inflator. It uses a non-standard size fuse, not available at any hardware or electronics store. Calling this “heavy-duty” is wrong, since it only has a 2 amp fuse that MUST be replaced for any application more powerful than a cell phone charger. I saw other reviewers saying they replaced the fuse. Maybe there is a different version of this model where this is possible, but not on the one I received via Amazon. I even thought of trying…
