Great for blocking out blue light that shuts off melatonin
Bought to use to filter our blue light at night before sleep to improve circadian rhythm.
definitely works I go to bed at 10pm. I wear this 30-60 min before as the lens is quite dark and blocks more light. I wear ‘Uvex S0360X SCT-Orange UV wrap around’ at around 8pm for reading and watching TV as lens is not so dark They both work and service the purpose. I find this one seems to make me sleepier and block more blue light from the lights but harder to read with it. I struggle with Sleep for 20 yrs with menopause it got worse. So this is life saving better than sleeping pills.My husband…
