It’s bright I have a vision loss and require alot of light to see anything. I have a streamlight small tactical flashlight I carry in my pocket or purse, (40.00). Love it, also bought for daughter. These can be used to protect yourself. Recommended by local police. They carry those. Unfortunately I washed and dried it…it still works but not the same. I needed a stronger beam. I had this on my wishlist over a year. It just didn’t go down in price. I can say the beam is great. I can locate it in a room…
Spend the money on it, but ditch the seat belt strap. I love this light. I saved a little bit of money buying it on here versus the fire store, and with free shipping it made Amazon a much better deal. I dumped the long seat belt strap that it came with and just used a couple of short pieces of webbing to attach it to my gear. I have had it for a few fires, and it cuts through the smoke much better than any of the other guys’ flashlights. The convenience of a survivor or other right angle light is nice, but this one will give you much better…
This is hands down the best flashlight I’ve had
