These 2-in-1 LED Driving Light/Turn Signal upgrades are the brightest, safest and simplest lighting solutions available. Designed specifically for newer BMW motorcycles, this product fits right inside the front wheel OEM indicator housing – no need for brackets, drilling or clamping. A full fitting kit is included with all components labeled and coded, along with the required wiring instructions and circuit diagram. Full written instructions are also included. This packet contains both left and right lights. Combined in an intelligent electronic circuit board design, this innovative LED upgrade has 24 powerful automotive standard LEDs: 12 bright white LEDs for the driving lights and 12 ultra-orange amber LEDs for the turn signals. When the ignition is on, driving lights are always on until you indicate. When indicating, driving light goes out on the indicating side and flashes amber. Cancel your turn signal and the driving light comes back on. Switch to hazard lights and both flash amber. With Ultrabrights 2-in-1 upgrades, you don’t have to spoil the look of your bike to be safer on the road. After struggling with them for a year, I am giving up and have installed the original turn signals.Installation seemed to go fine but shortly after riding for a bit (5 miles) the driving lights would strobe like crazy with any throttle input. I bought it because the concept is terrific. Whether it works in practice is not now known to me. After reading the instructions and watching several videos, I decided this was too difficult to install myself. I took it out to my BMW Motorcycle dealer and they were uncertain of how long it would take to install – and concerned about an error that might render the CANBUS electronics system inoperable.
