These 4-LED Bulbs with the 4,000K color are Virtually Identical in LUX Output to 4-40watt Florescent Bulbs I purchased this 4-4′ LED Bulb Set as an experiment to see just how well they performed compared to florescent lights.To make a fair comparison I purchased the 4000K color version which is the same color rendering as typical cool white florescent. Cheaper than buying LED fixtures. I bought these to replace some fluorescent lighting in my basement. I had multiple bad or going bad ballasts that needed to be changed. I started looking for new LED fixtures to replace the fixtures that I had and I came across these bulbs. They work excellent and I have had no issues with them at all.
